Kids
First depends upon the generosity of individuals in
order to continue providing free counsel to at-risk
children. More than half of our revenue comes
from individual donations.
Kids First is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
organization, so your donation is tax-deductible to
the fullest extent allowed by law.
Our budget is $190,000 annually. This supports 3 full-time attorneys, our office administrator, fringe benefits, payroll taxes, office equipment & supplies, travel, insurance, etc. Services are provided free to most child clients because their families are unable to pay for the representation.
